The Danly IEM Fastener assortment includes Socket Head Stripper Bolts (Shoulder Screws) in a full range of sizes. These fasteners are manufactured from alloy steel with a controlled fillet under the head and continuous grain flow for strength. Strength is further enhanced by heat treatment. The result is a finished product with close tolerances and fully formed threads for a Unified Class 3A fit. Knurled heads provide for positive finger gripping and speed up assembly. The accurate hex socket provides positive, non-slip internal wrenching. In addition, shoulders are held to fine tolerances for close fit in drilled holes. The threads and head are concentric with the body for uniformly accurate assembly. Threads are finished close to the shoulders for maximum holding power.
